Very Cool ACEO Album

I recently bought this really cool mini album from Crafttastrophe on Etsy. It's handpainted, and you know I'm nuts about the swirly design and the bright colors. It's the perfect size for ACEOs and holds 24. I always carry a selection of ACEOs with me, so this album gets loads of attention.

Spring ACEO with Miyabi Chiyogami Paper

Here's another flower in my ACEO series. The flower is cut from some beautiful origami paper called Miyabi Chiyogami; it's printed with pretty spring colors and a morning glory design.

The flower is collaged onto a piece of matboard that I painted with transparent washes of acrylic paints in brilliant spring colors.

The card is standard ACEO size: 2.5 x 3.5 inches. It's an original. It's signed and titled on the back.

Floral ACEO with Miyabi Chiyogami Paper

Here's another ACEO in my new series. It's a flower cut from some beautiful origami paper called Miyabi Chiyogami; it's printed with pretty pastel colors and flowery designs. It's very cheerful and reminiscent of spring.

The flower is collaged onto a piece of cardstock that I painted with transparent washes of acrylic paints. I've enhanced a few details with colored pencils. The effect is a subtle and beautiful, and reminiscent of spring.

Miyabi Chiyogami Spring Flower ACEO

Miyabi Chiyogami Star ACEO

Finally, something other than a snowflake! This star is another in my new ACEO series. It's cut from some beautiful origami paper called Miyabi Chiyogami; it's printed with pretty pastel colors and flowery designs. It's very cheerful and reminiscent of spring.

The star is collaged onto a piece of rice paper that I mounted onto cardstock and then painted with thin washes of acrylic paints for a soft flowing effect. I added some details with colored pencils.

Miyabi Chiyogami Spring Snowflake ACEO

Here's another ACEO in my new series. The series is similar to the snowflakes but focused on spring colors and themes.

I found some beautiful origami paper called Miyabi Chiyogami; it's printed with pretty pastel colors and flowery designs. It's very cheerful and reminiscent of spring.

This cutout is again a snowflake. It's collaged onto a piece of handmade paper that's been mounted to a piece of cardstock for strength. The whole background has been painted with thin washes of acrylic paints for a transparent glowing effect.
